Just back from vacation and am wading through the S-3. It's not as bad as it seems at first-though it's bad in the sense that there are
many shares to slog through before we get any relief. Twelve million
of the nineteen registered are for the preferred offering that came to light in the 10 Q,the other six are for the ubiquitous warrant
holders. When I first heard of it I thought it was 19 million on top
of all the other garbage.It's also interesting to see who the six"in-
vestors for that offering were. I also see a statement that says "late calender 98" is when the Lanier product is to be rolled out. How much later in calender 98 can it get? Regards,p.b.
