Mr. Mitchell, The DTC is frozen. There is not one share of AZNT stock on the street. Furthermore , "electronically " means he is shorting. If you are aware of the court case vs. MANN, JB OXFORD, CITIBANK, CANACORD, FIRST CONDCORD, WHITECLIFF AND SHORELINE, then you know it has been a game of musical shares. These accounts were frozen to end that game. The covering will commence once AZNT puts out a release disclosing everyone has been served and clarifies the last phase of it's incremental program to cleanse the AZNT market of 4MM+ illegal and invalid shares. Not before. As for your claim that Wellrich won an arbitration bid over AZNT, can you inform me how a company with no contract can go to arbitration. When Mr. Schurer left Wellrich, him being the only licensed broker there, the contract ended. You cannot force arbitration when there was no contract to arbitrate. I suggest you owe this thread a big apology for the hype and fabricated claims you have made about any kind of arbitration hearings or judgements against AZNT. It is all bogus. RB
