Get serious! Every company I have worked at has broken the law. A great many of them have done it Intentionally. In fact, one company was in the Fortune top 50. Every company will do what it has to to take all that it can off the table.

A relative who works for the government, has told me that the government knows 99% of all companies break the law knowingly. The government does not have enough resources to go after even 1% of those companies.

Oh, by the way, the other 1% of companies are usually not in business long enough to have even filed all the paper necessary for a business.
