DJ: Thanks for your response. The IR dept of Ascend would be proud of
you. Despie this implied criticism,I appreciate what you said. I have
heard very similar stuff from Ascend. This by itself does not mean
that what you said is irrelevant, in matter of fact, what you said is
quite relevant. I am trying to figure out what kind of market Ascend
and other companies that provide equipment to the Tel Co's will have
given the apparent overload the telefony infrastructure is feeling
today.

Will Ascend enjoy some order/sales/margin growth that we can count on?
