yes, situation in sea and latin america is a reason for concern. I am not sure how it impacts orcl. But obviously can't be a positive impact. How much negative I don't know. The financial stocks will take the biggest hit followed by retail and then any IT stuff. However, businesses don't buy orcl because they want to, it is because they have to. So let us hope they will continue to need a trusted technology.
