I went into the Hollywood Country Star around 5:30pm on Sept 6th...The place was dead.No country star seasoning on the table as suggested in the menu. Los Angeles health rating at entrance was a "B". The mens room was dirty toilet papers on the floor. The gift shop had a lot of items on sale but did not appear as full as it was a year ago. On the bright side The food server and other staff were frendly. The food we recived was of good quility The hot foods were hot the ceasers salad was fresh. The ice tea was refreshing. What killed country star was the addition of the hard rock cafe on the other side of city walk. The concept is good problem is management. Management could not get the concept off the ground and expand. This company is floating stock to keep the lights on. I belive Soon it will all be over for Country star. New tentents This would be a great location for a Planet Hollywood or Rainforest cafe. Hard Rock Cafe on one side of city walk Planet Hollywood or Rainforest cafe on the other side of city walk. Bob
