Wellrich acted as a broker when they are not licensed to do so. With the money procured from illegally selling securities they opened a bank account. They informed AZNT the money was to cover more stock to be sent to them. AZNT forwarded the stock. Wellrich sold the stock and pocketed the money. Excuse me. I thought that's what Andy Mann was supposed to have done. Are you getting a little confused here? Again?
