Dear rjbac, Yes the whole matter is puzzling. It was my understanding that insider buying and selling was discouraged if no outright unallowed because of the deal. Why is this guy the only one selling ? Logic would tell us that for whatever reason he needs the money now and plans to sell before the stock price goes lower. Logic would also tell us that he must not be close enough to the deal to know its disposition. Logic would tell us to call IR in regards to this matter and get Mark's position. Who is close to the deal and who isn't. He should be able to tell us. No Vulcan blood in me (to the best of my knowledge), Chris
