Buy the rumor, sell the news. Arbs will have to sell LU in a deal (over 100 mm shares, maybe even the almost total 220 million shares of Asnd multiplied by the exchange ratio of say, .8x, yields a lot of LU stock for sale). I like the deal as much as you do, just don't get over-confident. LU would fall by 5-10% on announcement. Mergers always bring added headaches even if they are good deals.
