Gary, According to AOL news, japanese government might agree to help japanese banks write off bad debts using public money. This created of course a positive feeling all over the world, especially with US markets closed for Labor Day. May be this is also an international trader's heaven, for as the french proverb goes, when the(ir ?) cat is away, all mice have a ball... Dead cat's bounce ?? TitanIntel is still in deep trouble.
