G'morning Charlie... Only the share holders on the date of record of 6/1/98 will receive these warrants, and that is all. That eliminates the plaintiffs and everyone else that did not have CVIA stock in their account on that day... This situation is not my doings, and should have been settled long before now... this Warrant issue should have been settled months ago but I am now trying to follow through with the promises made. KAA
