Russia again!

I just noticed: if the Duma does not elect a new Prime Minister today and the Duma initiates impeachment proceedings against Yeltsin today (both not improbable), that would cause a constitutional limbo situation for Russia. Yeltsin would no longer be allowed to dismiss the parliament, and the constitution has no provisions for who would form a government in that situation.

This makes a military coup significantly more probable ("to save the country from anarchy", with general-turned politician Lebed to form the next government?).

I hope not.
