Sergio: Everything is related when you're talking about investing... Interest rates, market breadth, world economies, etc., all need to be weaved together to help us Blanket the whole subject... So, a picture of where we've been does have an impact on interest rate decisions that helps us try and figure out where we are going... If I were the FED chairman and I saw a declining market and declining world economies that could eventually affect my markets, I'd strongly consider reducing interest rates... Why? Because it takes six to nine months for monetary changes to work their way through the economy... Usually when you see the problem it's already too late... Right now the problem is offshore...
