I agree that the past history of an officer may be important. It all depends on the past, I guess.
However, I believe that both you and tonto already know what that case is all about, and are just "playing".
Just post the particulars and let people decide for themselves.
These "titalating" posts are fun, but you have to admit they do take up a lot of everyones time, when they are dragged out.
The question about nevada enegry co., could be a problem, I would magine that the SEC would be the one that decides that.
It's not really important what anyone here decides about that, unless of course the decision is to bring it to the SEC's attention.
Call them, as you know I don't care.
I still think the issue is can this company be successful in what they are doing,both on a "short squeeze" front, and on a business front.
Has anybody posted a definitive explanation as to why they cannot be successful business-wise???
Short squeezes IMO, only are evident in the success or failure after the fact.
