I thought he was expecting record highs by the winter season.

I2, to the best of my recollection, Bob has changed his projections somewhat, as this correction (I hope) has progressed.

The way I remember it (and I hope someone will step in and correct me if I'm wrong), the progression has been like this:
1. By end of Q3 (i.e., "by the end of Fall").
2. In Q4 ("by Winter").
3. By next Spring ("in 6-9 months").

I think it's safe to say that the important thing is he continues to believe there will be new highs soon (as opposed to "someday"), whether it is next month, or next year.
