Has anybody posted a definitive explanation as to why they cannot be successful business-wise???

My understanding is that their ability to succeed as a business depends in great part on their ability to obtain the financing they need to produce their products in quantity.

In order to obtain this financing, they need to come up with believable financial statements. And as you know, I think a credible CEO is a good thing to have as well.

These are just the most important points; obviously there are others: competition, potential market, all that...
