Mike, in follow up to Robert Carlton's question on rolling down and out, is there some type of option order one can place, like a limit fill or kill, to execute the sale and replacement purchase at speced prices? I'm in the fortunate position of having some AMZN puts that are now so far in the money that it more or less defeats the purpose of having options. TIA for any helpful suggestions on exchanging the position.
