*I was using IE 4.01 w/ sp3 too. I was also running Outlook 98.......and needless to say I got hosed! :-)* Yeah I use outlook 98 as well. Hmm... so both of you have NT 4.0 SP3 and are still having problems. I wonder whats different from my setup. Maybe, just Maybe these new dll's need some specifc IE udpate. I have all mine current.. other than that I don't know. Might try installing an older version of QP2 as Bob did. Email me if you don't have one and I'll send it you... Sean
