Does the stock have to be in MY name as of 6/1/98 or can they be in street name (I think that's the right terminology)? In other words, I bought 80,000 shares (pre-split) of CVIA in April/May. I did not ask for the certs. I still have ALL my shares (266 post-split). Am I entitled to these warrants? Also, since they are not in my name. How will you know that I should get them? Another question, the warrants that have been discussed in detail recently...
