PC, Be careful. Remember, the same type of policy lifted Citicorp from $9 to $182. If govts decide that it is worth creaming their taxpayers to save banks, they can do it. The Japanese have been to smart to do that so far. After all, the experience in the USA has been that after they are rescued from one disaster, the banks go looking for another.
