Thanks Bob for the clarity. I do agree that hallowed board rooms are for places where respectable cigar smoking elder types (no disrespect to ya women out there) can sit around and decide where they want to play golf next week or what they are going to do with their maturing jumbo CDs . This my friend is a company that does not have an extremely reputable past, the players may or may not be on the up and up, and many of my friends and new SI buddies have invested a lot of money, most have backed themselves into a corner with this one, and the last thing I want is a cramp elder statesman taking orders and sitting with their thumb located inside the 'ol spincter. I'm not saying Jim would not be a logical choice or even is an elder statesman (I have never met Jim in person), I for one do not want a yes man or woman on this board. :-) Vince p.s. Not having followed INAX over the last six months, but that may be why you had to replace the CEO/President. Too many hallowed types on the board!
