Merritt. The thing that attracts me as that CEFs tend to go to premiums in bad times. It has happened in Thailand, Korea, Indonesia and Japan, but many other country markets are down a ton with the discounts widening. But, you are right, the Chinese/Brazilian devaluations could be watersheds. MB
