agree that we are ready for a pop could still get bad news in latinam russia could still implode overall u.s. and europe are stable rate cut by greenie is tittalating, esp for tech japan should stabilize banks within 1-2 months cardoso will probably be re-elected in october the end of the year tax loss selling could provide real bargains if this is not the bottom the drop down from hear is not far just my intuition i will buy more lucent now--before it gets back over 80 three years from now buying now will look very wise, imho curtis
