Briefing.com says COMS about to come out of hibernation: "Computer Networking Brief: Mighty Cisco (CSCO) finally looking vulnerable, as stock's technical tone deteriorated materially last week... Big cap, sector leader will do well if market rebounds as investors will come back to quality companies first... However, in uncertain earnings environment don't want to own to portfolio of high valuation stocks... Would lighten position on any near-term gains... Supports are at 80 and 74... Of course, if Cisco starts to stall out how will rest of sector do? If you guessed not well than you are correct. Exception might be stock like 3Com (COMS) which looks like its ready to emerge from its very own 2-year bear market.
