And I can't go online without crossing an ad for Dell. So what? If a manufacturer (any product) does not have a retail presence, blanket advertising is the only option. Dell is trying very hard to keep up the growth momentum. With the website as a bottle neck, at some point this will be impossible. I give them another 6 months. HerbVic
