I was running through a list of Oil plays, when I noticed CHK has a negative Price to Book ratio. I've not seen this happen often. The write downs of their reserves wiped out book.

No wonder they are shopping to sell. Their Bankers/Bond holders are now holding under the premise that the collateral will increase in value as prices rise. Any bonds issued by CHK must be selling at quite a discount.
