Sergio: There is one item missing from the list... The Political and world markets stabilization needs... This is more abstract... You won't find it on any FED checkoff list, but it's there... There is no doubt in my mind that if and when the FED cuts rates, it will be in response to calming world markets and anticipating the economic problems that are creeping towards our shores... Better to address these problems now before they show up on that checkoff list... If you have any doubts about this, look at the overseas rallies just based on the possibility that the FED will lower rates... Greenspan's words were no accident... It was a political statement meant to calm and stabilize world markets... It seems to have worked... Jim
