Jack,

I bought my first 1400 shares on margin at J.B. Oxford, sold them during the big drop and then tried to buy them back at a lower price and was then told TLTK wasn't marginable yet. Of course, I complained but they told me they should not have sold me the orginal shares on margin. Probably really depends on who you get and how busy they are when you call.
