Go to your start button, click it, Programs>Netscape Comunicator>Utilities>User Profile Manager. Then click on "NEW" and follow the on-screen directions.

Once you have created a new user profile, your bookmarks, e-mail, will all be separate. When you start Netscape it will ask you what profile you want to use.
