Just my opinion, but when the 'funds' move in to buy, they look at the big players (liquad), which if the move proves to be sustained, trickles down to the smaller players.

ALTA's PE is high too, around 40+, as we all are discounting increased earnings as Griffon\Olinghouse come online. Earnings need to increase as hoped, bringing this down to below market multiple, IMO.
