Wilf "a swing and a miss" Corrigan's projections are worth 0. As I recall about 11 months ago he saw into the future and said 1998 will be the big rebound in Semis. Supply was going to drop, while demand was going to go through the roof, and chip prices were going to double. But now that the future has become today it is plain to see that the big rebound was nothing more than us getting bounced.

I don't see how he can make such a pronouncement considering every other week some country's economy in the world cries uncle.

I suppose that if every year for the next 10 years he proclaims next year is the year that eventually he will be right and all of Wall Street will rename him Wilf the Prophet.

Oh my, I just wish I could be renamed me Tom the Profit.
