Asisn markets rallied last today (9/7) quite strongly, and I suppose that bodes well for tomorrow's opening. The Starr report will probably be issued this week, and as I understand it will be a most explicit document, and that May affect the market's view of things. 7400 on the Dow appears to be a level the market would like to test, and if successful, would provide a bit more evidence of a bottoming in that area. Should 7400 fail, the averages would have to retreat down to the 6950 level to gain additional strong resistance, Below 6950, and all bets are off.

I have been adding (lightly) to my WMT position, at each $1.00 interval on the way down, and will increase my acquisition pace below the 55 level. As long as the consumer continues to remain employed within an environment of low interest rates, WMT is the one for me.
