I checked the press release, and it states that the CHRB shareholder meeting will be on Dec 30 (or 31?) at which time there will be a vote on the proposed reverse split. I'm not sure myself what effect a reverse split will have on CHRB... I think it could go either way as the earnings have increased proportionately even with the Reg S share dilution. --James
