Since the days that man began to walk upright many men have held fast to ideas similar to yours. The idea of a "Diety" is a rather late development in the long history of mans evolution. So I would judge
with a rational mind that your ideas are rather primitive. In fact,
my scripture states.."..and then man began to call upon the name of
the Lord..(Gen 4:26)". Thus at an exact time in mans history, he began
to believe in God. You would have us go back in history to the time
when your ancestors literally swung through the trees, a peaceful
time when men killed and ate each other. A time where reason told them
its good to eat the heart of your enemy.
In your letter which I paste below you call yourself "Father Terrence". Well! I am certain that you follow the rational teachings
of your parents who saw no real "religious nor rational" reason to
marry one another, nor to stay "faithful" to one another. (faithful after all is a religious term). Again,surely you have not followed that "religious" path either and your childen actual or future will perpetuate that state.

so much bullshit. Humans will continue to kill each other in the name of
their mystical "gods" until they develop the wisdom to shuck the robes of
irrationality and adopt reason as their tool for dealing with each other.
