Doug, On question no. 1 - As far as I know Dale personally owns no IPM however, Phoenix Corporation another of the Corporations he is connected with owns 4 million shares. Question no. 2- IPM officers own about 1.5 million shares. On the dark forces, I have been privy to some information that i am not at liberty to reveal at this time that will prove the real reason IPM is in trouble, this information I am sure will be brought to the attention of all share holders shortly. Also we have just picked up an influential person to help in the gathering of shares and we should be over the 10 % of shares soon however we do not at this time if 10 % is enough . I am sorry to not be able to say more but I gave my word not to. Paunch
