Q.E.D. - is Latin for "It <or This> is only a demostration". In Geometry, a prof named EB used to put it at the end of all the Theorems. The school no longer exists, and had the name NEW in the title, so maybe that is where I came up with...NEWTECH ??? ? The William Henry Dana House next to the Longfellow ( not Mellowfella) House is where it is at 113 Brattle Street, Cambridge- Mass. Now it is a day care center. It served it's purpose well. Then and now. TIME changes everything, and that is the fact. As to IPM....time - with effort and energy and science. Good people with good thoughts who are willing TO DEMONSTRAT such care and concern- like we have seen here NOW on this thread on what remains. "Two Years Befor the Mast" is the Dana book on such trying times. IPM is based on Moby Dick; except the White Whale is a White Rock and the black hole of Calcutta did us S-Hs in. 22/7ths...the whole is equal to the sum of its parts...the hypotenuse squared is always the answer...etc...Q.E.D.
