Jeff, What you posted from the SEC filing indicates that the common method for settling disputes is arbitration. We know that AZNT refused to pay Wellrich a commission which they felt entitled to. The way that dispute would be resolved as indicated by the SEC filing is arbitration. We also know that Wellrich went to Las Vegas and contacted Sylver who came to a meeting with them. Mr Hogger theorized it could be lunch, under the circumstances that seems un likely. We know that Sylver met with them, BMart and Hogger admit that much.

BMart violently disagrees that an arbitration took place. It appears that there was indeed a hearing/arbitration or meeting of some kind. Given the fact that Sylver owes them money and he denies there was an arbitration, it is logical to assume he did not win. Had he won we would not have the vigorous denials. BMart is IMO using semantics to deny that AZNT lost the battle. Knowing how he uses subterfuge to try to make his point, when all is known, we will find that he disagrees with the way you worded what happened. C'est la vie.
