Andersen consulting being sued for replacing Unisys system,new non- main frame replacement system does 1/45 the work.Contracting company gone broke,couldn't process orders.Talk about growth potential, replacing the replacement systems back to mainframes.Consulting firms initially advocated this approach as we are all aware, it would appear clients not well served.This is happening all over the place.A real bottle neck for code remediation quickly developing.Several consulting firms now refusing Y2K work especially those not doing automated code remediation.Year 2000 is only the starting point for big bucks,wait till more testing starts,a lot of companies not going to test till Y2K.
