Just to clarify for my sake- When Phipps & Co. go public, we CVIA shareholders will receive shares of Phipps in compensation for the IPO, correct? Then if/when any other company wishes to also become publicly traded, we will receive shares of that company and so on. (?) Sounds like a good deal to me! ;-) TIA, -Ken-
