E....the mind Believes it is the Source of consciousness ....This is in itself THE trap......this belief is generally viewed to be based on FEAR.....the ego is most definitely a construct that needs to be SEEN for what it is ....many faiths had their ground built on techniques that helped the individual see through this Trap...and work towards Release or nirvana....".seek and ye shall find...knock and it shall be opened unto you"........Freedom is not a good idea...it is an actual experience......All the Great Teachers...Seekers had to go through their own Hell realms to enter the kingdom......as the Naz said " it is within"...
