My friend. i, obviously, did NOT make myself clear in my prior post. this was entirely my own fault!! i am definitely NOT advocating for a single second that we (the share-holders of "ADGI") - in any way - tolerate anything stupid or idiotic (or perhaps, even ILlegal) that the management of this company may be (is) doing!! NO WAY!! in fact, i would be (will be) the first (1st.) person in line to lead the charge against the management of "ADGI" if this is REALLY what is going on (i survived Viet-Nam - after that nothing really scares me anymore!!). i'm sorry, but i simply have to plead my TOTAL ignorance to all of you guys/gals here on this board about this stock dilution "thing" actually being something that has, in fact, actually happened to this company. i was simply NOT aware that the management of this company was (has been) diluting the stock of this company. if this is truly the case, then please be kind enough to explain to me how they did this and please also tell me your SOURCES for such information!! please understand me, i am NOT doubting your word in any way about this!! i absolutely DO believe that YOU believe that what you are saying is the truth, but RUMORS, my friend, are everywhere these days - "good, bad, and ugly" - type rumors - and i am naturally VERY curious to know from where you were able to derive such information. (IOW) do you really know this to really be a FACT or just - perhaps - a rumor that you heard from "somewhere"? if something like this does prove to be true, then we have an absolute right - in fact, we have an absolute DUTY - to really "slam" the management of this company for doing such a "dumb-ass-stunt", but we should still NOT be "slamming" ourselves!! remember, we - the share-holders - are the real OWNERS of this company - not the management!! let's direct our COLLECTIVE anger when it should be directed and where it will do the most good - at MANAGEMENT - not at OURSELVES!! take care, my friend.
