situation in japan is severe
but they have been operating an acoount surplus
for the last 30-40 years
this should stall during the next 6-12 months during
the asian slow down
but within 6-12 months their banks will be recapitalized
and they will have had a few years of deregulation
to get their house in order
in 6-12 months japan will start the next bull market
