The stupidity of those statements are only exceeded by yours.

The government should investigate Oracle, Netscape, Sun, General Mills, Ford, Exxon and etc. Why not, even ToySoldier admits that they are breaking the law, its just that they are not in the 1%.

A great many of the laws on the books are not functional any long.

How about the copyright laws? To record an over the air broadcast was never covered because it didn't exist when the law was created.

What about off shore gambling. The government has no idea how to handle this.

There are so many laws that are on the books and are not doing the job that many of them need to be rewritten. If you don't believe that then you are just naive.
