A visit to this page appears to indicate dulciness is not a trademark of AZNT: trademarks.uspto.gov

OTOH as far as Phytogenics goes, your statement is almost correct. It appears that it is a pending servicemark of Amazon Natural Treasures:

There is one other company that includes Phytogenic (without the 's') as a part of their pseudo mark 'Phytogenic Nutramin' (see trademarks.uspto.gov )

Their substance is a nutritional supplement. Is there a conflict? I don't know. FWIW, I found the following at:

This field includes entries in Word Mark, Pseudo Mark, and Translation. That is, the Word Mark, the Pseudo Mark, the Translation have been combined into a single index. It is important to search for similar marks in all three of these fields since they are all considered by the PTO when making a determination as to whether to refuse an application based on a likelihood of confusion with a registered mark or prior-filed application. Using this field allows you to search all fileds simultaneously.
