Any response that you may get would be appreciated by other readers, even if you had to filter it to respect a need of confidentiality in regards to Dave.

It would seem that VLNC may be in for a rather large hit, unless the larger shareholders have been privately reassured. People in analyst type positions might qualify for the extra handholding without violating SEC rules.

The market might react to initial sell orders, stabilize after some initial selling and then set a course depending on how the company answers investor's queries during the morning. Some good news is sorely needed to reassure the stockholders who aren't in the know.
