Greg...Whew...What a joke this company has become. I'm embarrassed to be a shareholder, because, in reality we've all been had. Many investors have lost a great deal of money due to this unscrupulous company. Actually, the SEC contacted me last week and said they transferred the case to the New York Office and may need further information in the near future. Famh is definitely being investigated by the SEC. Wake up people. We may never see 97's financials. And I'm not being flippant. Famh knows if they release '97 financials and show a loss they will be sued and a class action would be initiated. Am I right? All those lies and misrepresentations. Why would Famh put themselves in that position? They won't. That's why '97 financials will be delayed and delayed well into '99 to rid themselves of, basically, us. This company is so typical of the pennies. These CEO's and presidents of these companies have such amazing similiarities it's scary. They cannot be trusted. Hopefully, we all have learned a great deal about this god forsaken market where loyalty lasts about a minute. These stocks are meant to be traded. Nothing more. Long term investors are people who didn't get out in time and are hoping for a miracle which rarely materializes. Famh came public for a reason. They needed cash to keep them solvent and got it from suckers like us. But, now the play is over. People are saying NEW management is better. Wrong. They have done nothing to restore confidence. Arif is not returning shares and I agree with Dave Brown that eventually Famh will reverse. Why did Arif need to sell stock? I think he REALLY needed the money. I believe 97's financials will show a loss and we won't see them well into 1999, if ever.
