re: Intel pricing nihil, interesting thought. Intel must be careful in its pricing to CPQ and Dell not to run afoul of the laws against price discrimination. P.D. is permissible though, isn't it, unless the effect is to "substantially lessen competition". I believe that's the language used in the Clayton Act. I'm unaware that Wright-Patman dealt with this issue. Can you clarify? Geoff
