Fred, I understand, and I am concerned. I'm not ready to bail yet. I'd like to see if the Bay/Lancity arrangement leads to anything. The new CEO had to make his mark sometime before he became a fellow crony. This company is currently only operating at 1/3 capacity. The balance sheet is OK, nothing urgent yet. Nice to know somebody reads the CCBL thread, thanks for your input. Tim
