Robert,

With all due respect, I think Vince would be an ideal candidate for the job. I used to be called a pit bull at McDonnell Douglas but I was very effective...that's what counts. Yes, I used to sit in meetings with corporate VPs (I called them puffer pidgeons) and would tell them exactly what I thought. I wasn't worried about hurting someone's "feelings", I just wanted to cut through all the BS and GET SOMETHING DONE IN MY LIFETIME!!! You see, time is MONEY!! and that is one concept the VPs understood.

I retired early at 55 because of profits from investments, and as soon as I announced my retirement the management solicited me to come back and work as a consultant for an ungodly salary. I, of course, said no because if I wanted to continue working I wouldn't have retired in the first place. Can you imagine? ....they still call me from time to time for my opinion.

Yes, there is a place for those (like Vince) that "tell it like it is". Such people think "outside the box" and cause things to happen.

Vince has all the attributes it takes to either force things off dead center or know why!!!

At $0.10 per share it's time for a change!!!!

Dave

p.s. I, like you, don't any longer own any MDIN (sold at a huge % loss last year) but I still own enough NPEC to choke an elephant! That is my interest here...NPEC's ownership of MDIN shares.
