Morning Jerry, Currently the last box on the NYSE is at 16 however the last number is 14.7...if it goes down to 14 even it will get a new O.. At this point for it to reverse into X's to the up side it needs a 22 even or better... There is no correlation to a given DOW price however...the 22 would refer to 22% of the NEW signals given are BUY SIGNALS I believe... Hope that helps... Later Preston
